What I Want to Say on a Resume…

I’m a problem solver.

I get things done.

I meet deadlines.

I push people when they think the curve in the road is a dead end.

I’m a good with words and I love telling stories. I use words to make people feel things and do things.  I can make you cry, I can make you laugh. On a good day, I do both.

I believe in working hard. But I believe in working smart first.

I love all things social media.

Sometimes old school systems and processes are still in place for a reason.  “Because that’s how we’ve always done it” is not a good enough reason.

I believe that traveling is good for the soul.  Sometimes a change of scenery makes all the difference.

I have two tiny children who keep me on my toes and are sometimes the reason I need a second cup of tea in the morning. And a big glass of wine at night.

I’m still a mom at 10AM on a Tuesday morning inside my office.  I’m also still an employee on Thursday at 8PM.

I make a mean pumpkin roll.

I put out fires.

I jump through hoops.
